You can order online with security. All you have to do is choose the colour (if applicable) from the drop down box, pick  next to what you want and that item will show up on our shopping basket screen. Then you just select  and you are taken back to the page you were just in. Each time you pick the item is added to the shopping basket. If you want to cancel anything or order more than one of an item, just alter the quantities on the shopping basket screen and pick  . When you are ready, pick  and fill in your details. Note that credit card details are taken on a secure server.

Postage, Packing and Pricing
This is included for all products, but make sure you are on the right page when you order. Each product page has two versions, one for UK prices and one for overseas prices. Clicking on a product page takes you straight to the UK version of the product. Towards the top of these pages, in blue text is the link to pages that show overseas prices. Don't worry if you order from overseas on the UK pages, we will still send your order, but you will be charged the overseas price.
All our prices are shown in Pounds Sterling and the overseas prices include airmail postage to any destination. Your credit card will be charged in your own currency, i.e. if you live in the USA you will be charged in US$ at the rate set by your credit card company at the time your goods are shipped. Each overseas prices page has a the price in your currency displayed alongside the GB Pound rate (if you are not viewing from the UK). This is the current exchange rate and may differ from the rate you are charged when your order is shipped.
Delivery
All items are always in stock and your order should be with you within 7 working days (UK) or 14 working days (Overseas). We will let you know of unforeseen delays.
Returns Policy
Sorry but due to the nature of the product, all sales are final. We recommend that you try out Veil shades using our mini samples or demo kit before buying full products.
